How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over ₹499. Below that a delivery charge of ₹49 applies. The cart shows the exact charge before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
[DELIVERY TIME BY REGION]. Enter your pincode on any product page to check that we deliver to you.
How do I track my order?
Use the track order page with your order number, or open Orders in your account. We also send an update by email at every step.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, until it ships. Open the order in your account and choose Cancel order. After it ships, you can ask for a return once it is delivered.
Can I change the address after ordering?
Contact us before the order ships and we will update it. After it ships the address cannot be changed.
Payment
How can I pay?
By UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or cash on delivery.
Is there a fee for cash on delivery?
Yes, a fee of ₹30 is added to cash on delivery orders. Checkout shows it before you place the order.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order has a tax invoice you can download from the order page. To have your GSTIN on it, enter the number at checkout.
How do coupon codes work?
Enter the code in your cart and the discount shows straight away. One code can be used per order.
Returns and refunds
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Open the order in your account and choose Return or replace. Tell us which items and add a photo of the pack and label. [RETURN WINDOW AND CONDITIONS].
How long do refunds take?
[REFUND METHOD AND TIME]. Refunds go back to the way you paid. For cash on delivery orders we ask for your bank or UPI details.
Who do I complain to if I am not satisfied?
Write to our grievance officer through the grievance redressal page. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours.
Account and app
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out with your email and mobile number. An account lets you see past orders, reorder in one tap and save addresses.
How do I sign in?
With your mobile number and a one-time code. There is no password to remember.
Is there a Revaroots app?
You can add Revaroots to your phone's home screen and use it like an app. On Android, open the browser menu and choose "Install app". On iPhone, tap Share in Safari and choose "Add to Home Screen".
What is a monthly delivery?
Choose "Deliver every month" on a product and we send the same pack every month. You can skip a month or cancel at any time from your account.
